Annual Controllers Seminar

The Controllers Seminar is the largest automotive finance training event in the Southeast, designed to equip dealership professionals with the latest financial strategies, operational insights, and industry trends. Service Advisor Training

Our Service Advisor Training (SAT) is an interactive, all-day session designed to help service advisors strengthen communication skills, build customer trust, and drive department profitability. Presented by the Automotive Training Academy, these trainings equip attendees with practical techniques to enhance the service drive experience, increase client loyalty, and boost CSI scores.

Service advisors, service managers, and general managers learn how to make the best first impression, transition from client concerns to recommended services, prepare accurate repair orders, build strong client rapport, and implement effective follow-up strategies—ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.


Local Dealer Meetings

Local Dealer Meetings give dealership leadership the chance to discuss industry issues, connect directly with NCADA leadership, and ensure your voice is heard as the Board of Directors shapes the legislative agenda and programs for the future. Held across regions in North Carolina, these meetings keep dealers informed on legislative updates, association initiatives, and operational insights. They also foster collaboration and strengthen community among local dealers and association partners.


Annual Executive Forum  

Our Annual Executive Forum brings together dealer principals and key leaders for in-depth discussions on leadership, market trends, and the evolving automotive retail landscape. This premier event provides an invaluable opportunity to exchange ideas, gain insights from peers, and learn from industry experts through multiple breakout sessions tailored to dealership leadership.

The forum also features the statewide Hometown Heroes Luncheon, where first responders nominated by dealer members across North Carolina are recognized and honored.
