A Tradition of Connection and Celebration

Our Annual Family Convention is one of the most cherished traditions within NCADA — and truly one-of-a-kind in our industry. While many associations host conferences or meetings, ours brings dealer members, sponsors, and their families together for a genuine blend of business, connection, and fun.

Each year, the Family Convention offers the perfect mix of professional development and personal enjoyment. Attendees experience inspiring guest speakers, engaging panel discussions featuring dealer members, strategic partners, and industry experts, as well as meaningful recognition of excellence across the association.

We take great pride in honoring our members through prestigious awards such as the TIME Dealer of the Year and the NCADA Lifetime Achievement Award. The event also marks an important association milestone each year with the passing of the Chairman’s gavel and the introduction of our new Executive Committee.

But it’s not all business — our conventions are also about celebration, connection, and family. From themed events and entertainment to relaxed networking and unforgettable experiences, it’s a gathering where laughter and learning go hand in hand.

Over the years, we’ve gathered in some of the most sought-after destinations, including London, Grand Cayman, Park City, Sea Island, Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island, and more. Each location brings its own unique backdrop for members to reconnect with colleagues, strengthen relationships with industry partners, and make lasting memories with family.

This Year’s Destination: The Greenbrier Resort

June 21–24, 2025 | White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia

This year, we’re heading back to one of our favorite destinations—The Greenbrier Resort. Known for its historic charm, elegant accommodations, and outstanding amenities, The Greenbrier offers an unforgettable setting for this special event.
