The Young Dealers Group is made up of North Carolina dealers age 40 and under who meet quarterly to network, focus on industry issues and expand their knowledge base. This dynamic group held its Inaugural Meeting in March 2008 and the response was extremely positive.
Members of the Young Dealers Group share a lot in common. Namely, they are passionate about the family business and have innovative ideas on increasing profitability. They are also eager to learn, as well as share industry “best practices.”
NCADA has designed the Young Dealer’s meetings to be dealer-driven, with participants choosing topics based on common interests. The most recent meeting focused on Internet Sales, Fixed Operations and Expense Controls.
